Progres Programme for Employee Support
One to One support
One-to-One Support
Carecall can give your employees free, confidential and immediate one-to-one support when they are experiencing stress or distress arising from their work or personal lives.

You can refer an employee for counselling if you think a mental wellbeing issue is affecting their performance or productivity, or they may self-refer.  An employee can access telephone counselling support by calling Carecall directly. Outside office hours a freephone number operates 365 days a year, giving immediate access to an experienced, professional counsellor.

Alternatively a referral or self-referral can be for up to six face-to-face sessions with a counsellor who is fully qualified to help.  We offer private counselling rooms at locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Carecall’s respect for employees’ confidentiality is paramount.  We provide statistical reports to our clients on usage of the service, highlighting any adverse trends in mental wellbeing in the workplace, but we disclose nothing which could identify an individual. This is critical to employees’ confidence in accessing the service.

Carecall has all this and more to offer.  Our hallmark is flexibility of response to each organisation’s particular needs; please do talk to us about yours by contacting John Conaghan or Gavin Megaw in the first instance.
