About Us

Carecall was established over a decade ago in response to employer needs regarding the impact of psychological ill-health at work. Since then, Carecall has developed into one of the leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes in the UK and Ireland.

Carecall works in partnership with organisations across all industry sectors to provide support for issues affecting an employees ability to perform to their optimum at work. Our client companies include colleges, local government councils, manufacturing companies, licensed trade companies, media organisations, engineering companies, housing associations and many others.

Our services include: providing counselling and support services for employees, carrying out risk assessments for stress at work, developing mental health in the workplace policies, providing critical incident management services, providing training on psychological and behavioural issues such as stress at work, drugs and alcohol awareness, and conflict management, - all of which are designed to help organisations to manage stress and mental health, improve attendance and develop the potential of their staff.

Carecall has a vast network of counsellors, trainers and consultants who work with organisations to tailor services to meet their needs. Carecall is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health and is an organisational member of the following:
