Employee Assistance Programme Associations

EAPA is the professional body for Employee Assistance Practitioners and Providers of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). It represents the interests of professionals concerned with the health and well being of employees and their effectiveness at work and is a resource to employers in Ireland. EAPA members include external and internal EAP providers, clinicians, consultants and trainers The EAPA exists to: Provide leadership in promoting and developing EAPs in Ireland Set national standards of practice and professional guidelines for EAPs Provide support and training for the professional development of its members.
This is the UK chapter of EAPA.
EAPA International is the world's largest and oldest association representing employee assistance practitioners. It now has over 7000 members including 800 from over 30 countries outside the US. Its vision is to be the global voice of the employee assistance field and it's mission: To promote the highest standards of practice and the continuing development of employee assistance professionals, programmes and services.
