Counselling Services
Carecall's EAPs help to maximise organisational performance through the
enhancement of employee effectiveness and quality of life. Counselling services
are key to providing immediate support for staff who may be experiencing
difficulties either at work or at home, but which are having an impact on their
performance at work.
Carecall operates a 24 hour telephone counselling service, which provides
immediate telephone counselling and access to structured face to face or
telephone counselling.

Student Counselling Services
Carecall also provides student counselling services to Colleges of Further
& Higher Education. A counsellor can be placed on campus each week to
provide counselling and support to students.

Complementing Existing Support
Carecall provides a professional, independent experienced resource to
staff that works in partnership with your own support services. Counselling is
designed to empower employees to realise their own resources in dealing with
their problem. If their concern is a workplace issue, our counsellors will help
to empower the employee to follow the relevant policies and procedures within
the organisation to deal with the issue.
Confidentiality
Carecall is
completely independent from your business and operates a strictly confidential
service to employees, working within professionally recognised guidelines to
ensure their protection and privacy. Feedback to companies will not identify
individuals who use the service, but will indicate trends that can be used to
inform HR and Management strategies.
