Workbridge
Long-term absence can be a serious problem for employers, impacting both productivity and performance targets for absenteeism management.  Carecall’s Workbridge Programme promotes the return to work of long-term absentees and is a valuable complement to your existing procedures and support for them.

You can propose Workbridge to an employee or they may ask you to refer them – their participation is strictly voluntary and confidential.  An experienced Carecall coach will delivers a series of one-to-one coaching sessions, supporting and guiding the employee towards a decision to return to work or another course of action.

Workbridge relies on the collaboration of key stakeholders in managing the return to work, including the employee, the Carecall coach, HR and others. Each contributes to creating, promoting and sustaining a “wellness” culture at work which sustains a healthy attendance climate.

To discuss how Workbridge could work for you, call Carecall on 028 9024 5821 or email info@carecallwellbeing.com
