Employee Assistance Programme
Carecall’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is the cornerstone of our support for employers aiming to deliver mental wellbeing at work. It can help you demonstrate your commitment to your legislative duty of care and reduce absenteeism or poor performance at work (presenteeism).

The EAP comprises:
  • one-to-one support via telephone or structured counselling, with telephone support around the clock, all year round
  • critical incident management, to help you plan for or deal with any sudden traumatic incident in the workplace which could have a serious psychological impact on your employees
  • Workbridge, Carecall’s voluntary return-to-work support programme for  long-term sickness absentees.
Carecall will also conduct a stress risk assessment for our EAP clients or on a one-off basis; this helps employers gauge what issues they need to address to ensure a climate of positive mental wellbeing.  And our comprehensive People Development portfolio of training and coaching helps individuals and managers to nurture their own wellbeing and that of others.
