The Irish News
We are delighted to provide our staff with the Carecall Counselling Service. We introduced this as part of our holistic approach towards work life balance. I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the Carecall team. Most importantly, some staff have taken the opportunity to inform me of the value of the service to them. I have therefore seen the direct benefit to staff and know that it is now an essential part of our work life balance package.

Welfare Support
Welfare Support Service (WSS)
We aim to help increase the effectiveness of Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Departments by assisting, where possible, in the resolution of staff problems. We do this by providing an individual and confidential service to staff and managers at all levels to enable them to work through (and better cope with) personal and work-related issues which may have an affect on work performance. The NICS has commissioned Carecall to provide staff and their immediate family members with an independent, confidential and professional counselling service. This is complementary to the WSS and existing policies and procedures and is an important additional resource to support staff.
